Lots of points today (25) - seems I needed some comfort food on this gray, icy day. Also, I'm very tired and then I tend to eat more.
I need to get some more low point filling foods in like 0 pt soups, etc.
I feel good about my progress on this journey of discovering a new lifestyle of eating habits, not dieting. The old me would have thown in the towel by now and had some high calorie comfort foods; chips, fast food, etc.
It's all about persistence - not perfection!
