today was the day that 20 people from work all decided that it is time to get healthy. the leader is a dynamo and it should be fun. weigh in is next thursday and not today so everyone is still thinking they have another week to binge or eat what they want before going on the wagon. i am taking a different approach however as i have been trying to reestablish new habits for 8 weeks now. 1 lb a week isnt so bad. we just always want more and bigger and better. however, i am proud of my progress and even tho i am at a plateau at the moment, it's ok. it is a process not a race. i want to lose it and keep it off this time. so slow and steady wins the race.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 January 2010:
1049 kcal Fat: 34.25g | Prot: 57.42g | Carb: 135.40g.   Breakfast: coffee mate creamer peppermint , dried cherries, greek yogurt. Lunch: turkey breast baked, lettuce 1 cup, progresso light savory vegetable barley soup. Dinner: jello mousse temptations, lettuce 1 cup, kashi southwest style chicken, wishbone salad spritzers caesar delight. Snacks/Other: blue diamond natural almond breeze, Ice breakers sour candy, Navels Oranges, raw almonds. more...
