It's Tuesday and I have 4 simple goals to achieve today.
1. increase water intake (even though I am getting tired of plain water)
2. no eating after 6:30pm
3. not to sit around and vegetate after work (get something done around the apartment)
4. make it through the day without biting anyones head off. Yep another day of brewing anger that I can not understand where it is coming from!
That's about it for now.

When I get tire of plain water, I add those crystal light single serving packs to a bottle of water. Rasberry Ice is amazing!

I put a lemon slice in my water to make it different. You sound like you've got your days goals all planned out. Good for you, keep it simple, remember, baby steps at first! Have a wonderful day, sweetheart! :-)
