So the scale says I am up a little less than half a pound. I've committed to weighing in only every third day, so this is not what I was hoping considering my success in my challenges to date. However, it's likely due simply to natural weight fluctuations and I may see more progress in the right direction next weigh in if I can keep up the good work on the water challenges and not go above 110% of my RDI. (Of course staying under that magical number of 1300 is the best, as long as I can have an overall sizeable deficit I should theoretically see losses.)

I did better with breakfast this morning. Also I think I only woke up once last night, so I think I am going to try to get my water in earlier in the day. I still want to eat, but I am not hungry. I just want to taste food because that feels good. :-/

That happens to me all the time- I go down a pound, back up a pound, down again, and back up 1/2, but at least when all is said and done,I'm down overall. It is frustrating though, so I can sympathize. Have a great day!
