Okay snuck in barely under my calorie count but still under, yay! Yoga was canceled last night, not so yay! And since I was on the phone and then Dave wanted time with me....yeah the steps did not happen either. I did just under 4k. So back to doing steps today and keeping up the good work on my calorie count.

gooooooooood mornin sim...you could join www.walkertracker.com like i did an it would help you keep track of your steps for you...an its very motivational to keep pushin for more steps...just a thought..

I have been reflecting this morning and I say my ticker I did nto quite gain it ALL back. I had about a Net 10lbs loss last year. Not nearly as great as I wanted but a loss none-the-less and seeing my chart drop is veyr motivational to me so I am going to weigh in this morning and stop being scared to have it in writing. I have been visiting Old Man Scale Daily and just not recording it, but here it goes!
