Okay I am excited. Two days now I have come in under my recommended calorie intake and not with the most brilliant choices. I did well with meals yesterday but my snacks were less than healthy. I did purchase pedometer yesterday and did 5K Steps. Not a bad start especially since my coworker picked it up for me during lunch! I am easing back into healthier habits, yay!

slow an steady works great...way to go on the 5k...thats better then me on the days i take off an dont really get any kind of a workout in...the consistancy will pay off ...and the healthy habits will come bck...

I think your choices are fine. I am all for eating what you want, so long as you do not over do consistently.

I'm a fan of eating what you want as long as you stay under your calories. Sometimes I just really want a slice of pizza. I just make sure I work it into my calories and have lighter choices for other meals to make up for it.

Yeah me too I have just been so horrid for so long I am consciously trying to make healthier eating choices. But the calorie count right now IS my guiding principle. How have people found the built in Calorie goal to work for them? It's a new feature introduced since my hiatus. Seems fairly accurete...
