No loss but no gain! I guess that's good given the fact that I had a couple of bad days where I was not completely under control. Next wee there will be a loss!!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1411 kcal Fat: 60.29g | Prot: 54.51g | Carb: 163.84g.   Breakfast: egg, turkey bacon, Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, skim milk, coffee. Lunch: tomato, lettuce, mayonaise light, wheat bread lice sara lee. Dinner: taco salad. Snacks/Other: frozen yogurt, frozen banana, cinnamon graham cracker. more...

In the past it has, at times, taken me many months to just get started on a fitness/weight-loss program. So, just the fact that you are here, posting your weight, posting your impressions, means that there is a high probability that you will continue to head downwards and reach your goal much faster than you probably expect. I'm looking forward to seeing that loss next week.

I agree with Info. It just takes that extra boost of believing in yourself to really get going. It's not easy, but I've realized that the days that I fail are the days I feel the worst. The days that I stick with it and eat healthy foods and exercise are the days that end up being the best days. It's worth the extra effort for your body, attitude, spirit, mind, and those around you!
