I took my car in for mileage checkup per manufacturer. I decided to walk back home from there, 2 miles. It took me an hour and only 1 short break. Just a few years ago I walked 5 miles an hour and regularly walked 10 mile jaunts. Oh well, It Is What It Is.

Good for you walking back! Don't look back and get discouraged at what you could do before. What you do now is what is important

What you do now can surely get you back to those sort of walks! Good for you for trekking out on food. Keep it up!

walk back to get it you will build up stamina bit by bit by just walking 30 mins a day. When my massive reno is done I have promised myself min 30 min walks daily and unless we have loads of work to do hauling and lifting then that will be my work out until winter..... Winter kills me but I have a walk video I am going to make myself stick to.
