I have been having a terrible time with my med's and the fatigue. Starting today I am forcing myself to go to the gym daily and watch my intake. My medications and I seem to be getting together now. It is all my responsibility.

Breathe and if you can - find a "Restorative Yoga" class! I think you'd be surprised at how many calories you can burn just laying still while stretching muscles that otherwise never get moved.

Fatigue can be the mean monster that keeps us from working on our goals. Try to push through it, no matter how small the steps are, and keep going in the right direction. You'll do it!

Finding the new equation that works for you when meds are involved is difficult, just don't give up. You will find your stride. Energy will return and pounds will begin to drop...You've got this!!
