starting to record my maintenance now. Finished the course of HCG. have set a goal of 1 mile per night for 3 - 4 nights a week. Have to cut out the cheats so much during the week - have to get used to the water - pick up some Beef Jerky for my treats. I'm going to use the rest of my hcg starting the 16th weekend as load in, then back to the diet strict until i run out. Hopefully that along with new fitness plan will get me down to my ideal weight. I need to stay fitting in that suit.
