Well day four went well, it was a stressful and busy day at work but I stayed on plan. I was exhausted when I got home, plus TOM arrived, I wanted to eat everything except what I could have but I was good and stayed away. With everything going on in life I am pretty proud of myself for working on changing my comfort food mindset. When I get there I process the end result of having the comfort food and realize thats not so comforting afterall.
As for today day five, sundays always get me messed up because I have church for a good part of the day so I tend not to have anything to eat untill later in the afternoon many times not until after three ( I do get my water in though) But no cheating. I think for the most part I am past the actual sugar cravings of my body, now I just have to keep my mind under control.
