I'm excited to start a new week. Tomorrow I begin an egg fast, Tuesday is my water fast, Wednesday and Thursday is back to my egg fast, and Friday is transition day. The weekend is low carb, high fat till I try this all again on Monday. I am curious to see how much weight I can move this month. So far I've lost 1.8 lbs in 8 days. I'm so close to One-derland. Today I'm 203.8 lbs. I'm so excited. I'm losing again. I was stalled for three months.

Wow....good for you! Looks like my eating days to a "T".....but how are you using the condensed milk?

I've reduced my intake of condensed milk to 1 teaspoon on the days I have fat coffee. That's 4 carbs. Its tough giving up that one thing. The only thing that makes my coffee bearable.
