I worked out more this week and cut out several days of the morning snack to help reduce calories. I will continue this routine and see if I contine to loss weight. I have to watch for the late evening snack.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 186.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
