I really know how you feel. When I hit that plateau it is very discouraging and I usually end up back with my bad habits and feeling guilty and fat again. Do you notice that even though the scale isn't budging that you still feel better with more energy (except when you see the plateau on the scale). I have decided not to let that scale determine how well I am doing. I want to look thinner but the energy and sense of accomplishment are a reward too. I challenge you to not look at that scale for 2 weeks, keep up your healthy eating and exercise and show that scale who is boss. This is the philosophy that I plan to take when I hit that plateau again and I will probably have to send my scale off to my friend to eliminate temptation. Also you are gonna read and hear how you need to change up your exercise routine too, so give it a shot. You can do it!!!!

I will try this thank you . I know I should not use the scale, But just seeing the numbers drop is what keeps me going. But I know you are right and I will just keep making better food choice and go from there.

Look I stayed overweight nearly 3 years and nobody even cared about me. suddenly I started Weight Watchers and making sports. And the scale didn't move for a month. I didn't give up. I continued and now I feel great because I started losing weight and I feel really good about myself.

If you want the scale to move, you need to eat your daily points. They are the minimum you need to fuel your body and keep your metabolism running well. So many people try to cut them down and think they will lose and most end up gaining or not losing at all. You really need to eat to lose. The flex points are up to you, but many people lose better when they eat some of their flex too. Play around with them and see what works for you. As you lose the weight, you will lose more and more points. So eat what you are given. Drink you water! Get in your dairy, fruits, veggies and protein. Try to stay away from the processed foods if you can (too much sodium). Give it one full week of eating all your daily points every day and following the healthy guidelines and I bet you will be presently surprised next week. Good luck!
