Here I am 31 and trying to beat out what heredity seems to want to give me. I have not fought my weight battle long but long enough! I am hoping to gain energy, self esteem, and a larger wardrobe by losin' some of my poundage! I am a schoolteacher, have 4 kids, a great husband and currently no job because of the economy--although I am aggressively looking :) So because I have this time and no money I have decided what better time to dedicate the everything needed to get my body on track. I am very optimistic and know that I can do this. I am not looking for a diet but a healthy lifestyle so none of that crash stuff for me, I am in this for life!
