You can do this!!!! Think of what your major weakness is, and get rid of it!!! I know for me, having things I can eat handy is the key. Also, I have found a new "sweet treat" for myself. When I'm craving some thing sweet I take some heavy whipping cream, whip it, add some coco powder, splenda and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter - it tastes like the inside of a reese cup -yum - Don't deprive yourself find as many substituions as you can!! Again, you CAN do this!!!! :-)

Hey, try not to beat yourself up over this. What is important is that you don't give up. I had a hard time too. I use food like a drug and it is an ongoing battle for me to realize that food is fuel, not some kind of reward. The holidays are tough for a lot of us who are trying to lose weight. I overindulged too, but I am determined to not let that discourage me from making progress this week. If I can pull myself out of the rut, I know you can.

I started this diet twice before sticking to it. But now Im in it for good. Important thing is your are willing to get back in there. It can work. And I didnt excercise for the first few weeks. Just concentrated on the diet. Its hard to get use to. Best of luck!

This WOE is a "life change." Did you expect to do it perfectly the first time? Or even the second time...or more? No one makes a big change and hits it perfectly right away. You do the best you can and you keep trying. Yes, you've gained some pounds, but you're catching yourself now....before you gain any more....and that's a GREAT thing!!! Look forward. Make the right choices for today and congratulate yourself for being back on track. Plan for tomorrow and the rest of the week. Set up a small non-food reward to encourage you to stay on track this week. Every journey starts up again with that first step.
