Man I feel so drain . Work out for oan hour last night . But I love going. I love the water so I will keep going. But the work outs are sure kicking my butt. Fell good about not weighing in everyday this week. Today I went down 3.5 pounds. I guess I shoul dnot weigh but once a week so I am going to try and hold off and weigh on fridays each week.

Well, look at you go! Glad to see you're keeping up your protein, as there's got to be a lot of typical muscle breakdown and rebuilding going on with the exercise you're doing. I also record my weight just once a week, but I still weigh every day and don't sweat the daily ups and downs. If the daily fluctuations drive you crazy and influence your day's mood, then once a week to weigh in is the best idea. Feel proud of that loss!!!

Thank you every one :) Just did a two hour work out class in the pool to night ughhhhhhhhhhhh. But I feel awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!
