Guys I fell off the wagon and bad. I haven't logged into myfatsecret because I knew how bad things had gotten. I been on 2 vacations and just being plain old lazy and I gained 10 pounds. I don't even know what to say, but I can't keep yo-yoing back and forth on scale. My health is at risk I have high blood pressure and I am on meds for it and I also have sleep apnea. My doctor told me if I go down under the 200lb mark I most definitely will be off of my medication and wont need the cpac machine. I have no choice but to get off my lazy A$$ and get the ball rolling again on my weight loss journey.

Don't beat yourself up...what's done is done...just get back on track and that weight will come off in no time!!! It's only ten pounds...that's not that much...you can do this!!! Keep your chin up!!!
