I will be adding a new weighht goal to this challenge as soon as I meet this goal. I am doing my smoothies and cutting back on the sweets we have at work.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
