Monday night I binged at dinner. Yesterday I failed to track my calories all day. Today I'm trying to do better. I ate a lot all ready; however, not to the point of binging, and not all at once. (More like over the span of 2 hours, which I guess isn't too bad, though it's not great to have such a large breakfast when the RDI you are trying to follow is 1460, right?) Thankfully I should be getting some actual exercise with walking/ commuting to a playdate today and tomorrow. I know I sure could use it.

My therapist has to keep reminding me to 'take every thought captive'; well now's a good time to start. I am far from perfect, but I am not too far from forgiveness and redemption. Here's to Him who makes all things new! Thank G-d I can be a new creation today, not bound to my faults and failures from the past.
