Staying below 1500 calories, even though my RDI is 1700. Still not losing weight, at a stand still. Now I will stay below 1200 calories and will incorporate some exercise.

Really tough this weekend - not because of parties but I am sole caretaker for my husband who has just had open heart surgery and my mother-in-law, who has Altzheimers. I did get care for her for during the week when I go back to work.

I'm really really tired. I hate when I stress eat.

I too am a care taker for my hubby. So I know the stress you are under. Not easy between the many doc appointments, his 52 meds , keep track of them all and cleaning up after him. The stress is bad . No time for yourself and the weight piled on so easy. And this diet is not easy. But we need to do this for us !!!
