How many times can a person say ok I'm going to be successful this time? I am saying it again. So here I go this time must work, I got so busy this summer, got married a month ago... not happy with my pictures but I can get over that. My weight for my wedding was 212 I'm now down to 204 it seems that it started coming off pretty easy after the wedding. I'm sure I was a little stressed. I have started drinking melaluca's GC drink powder. And using some of their protein bars. I would like to be 145 by may of next year. It is so hard. I don't know if its going to work, I hope that I will get there. I seem to be figuring out my body and how it hold onto things.

The ONLY way you can do this ( and you can ) is move away from the idea of diet and move towards a life style where food isn't the center of your universe. If you can start walking, swimming, etc..and cut calories to about 1,500 a day you will lose over time..figure a pound a week. but you can't do it on will power. It takes careful planning and shopping. You can do this, imagine how you will feel at 145 lbs. Good Luck

I've lost 47 pounds since 03/15/2014. I can only do this by being accountable to myself. At 316 pounds I was the fattest I've ever been. Beating yourself up is not going to help. It sounds cliché to use a Yoda'ism but it is either "do or do not, there is no try". We put everything into our mouths, we decide if we're going to walk one time around the block or three. It is Our Choices. You want to do this? Make good choices. Not excuses.

Congrats on your wedding! And I have said, "Okay. THIS time I'm going to lose the weight." more times than I could even begin to count. Some day I'll get it through my head that starting over is much harder than persevering through a tough patch. One of my favorite phrases to get me through a plateau or a demotivated period is 'It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop'. You can do this! =)
