I gained 100 lbs because of a back problem and lack of discipline. Now I chart everything I eat…..normally I stay under 2,000 Calories and for sure never go above 20 carbs…usually more like ten. The fat is melting off but I avoid the scale ……the only thing that really matters is how your feel and how your clothes fit.
