this is going to say I have gained - BUT I lied on my first weigh in lol as I wasn't too sure if I wanted to keep going with this but I have grown to really like it ( silly I know but I panicked when I saw it was all public!) so my actual starting weight was 99.9!!!! so it is a loss of o.3g not as much as I had wanted but its something :)I haven't been eating as well as I wanted ( quick meals + having young children who are fussy eaters I found it hard to resist.) week 2 I will be on track! :) first week of getting into it always the hardest I guess xx
