Alrighty so on monday i officually signed up for.my biggest loser challenge! OMG what a challenge it has been so far, we were weighed and measured on sign up so my new weight is my official start weight pretty sure they added some haha! but im going with it, so with this challenge we have classes mon,weds and fri and these classes are INTENSE! went along to the monday class and was still sore going into the Wednesday class! but here is to the next 7 weeks so far so good.. lets hope the scales think.that too :)

Havent weighed myself in 2 weeks, i felt like i would rather not obsess about it and just weigh when i felt like it, otherwise i find it plays on my mind far to much and causes me to get upset when it doesnt move overnight! ( obviously it wont but when you obsess it gets tough) so out went the scales!
I have registered for a " biggest loser" challenge so for the next 8 weeks its all on, i'm actually so excited to FINALLY be doing something to help get me in the right direction, so this weight is one i got yesterday on sales at mums house, the next weight i put in will be my OFFICIAL start weight for my biggest loser challenge.. i might update weights weekly ( as we get weighed weekly ) but i may leave it for fortnightly.
eating good is so hard when you have young kids and a hubby that likes to eat everything but good things. So this is me taking an opportunity outside the house to find me again! BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right here i am again, i keep getting emails reminding me and i got to a point where i just couldn't face it. i feel off the wagon so so badly and i just kept sinking saying " starting monday....." But as i sit here looking through my emails i saw the last reminder and it said 23.4kg to go i thought lets kick this weight once and for all because i feel like c#*p! I have no excuses no reasons to why i cannot do this so this is me becoming accountable, see where i can change things in my diet and lifestyle, and actually see my progress.
