Go figure... I sprained my KNEE!!!! Got to be kidding me. That means I am a sitting duck who is so depressed that she starts to just eat whatever.....well not that depressed...but dissapointed that I can not even exercise. Well the gluttany was just a one day thing so I am back at the 1000 to 1200 tomorow...just needed a break and indulge moment today with this. I;ll be home just sitting for the next 2 days since I can not even put any weight on my leg.

So sorry about your knee, hope it heals soon. I know how frustrating it is, I think when i hurt myself a couple weeks ago, i thought i wasnt gonna loose weight. But remember you can loose without weight loss. Just have to focus and work hard on your calorie intake. Good Luck!

thank you. I need that motivation. I don't wanna start exercising before im ready...but I soo wanna get back at it!

Hey stay strong woman! You can still eat healthy without exercising for a few days or so. It will still make a difference I can promise you! Plus you can maybe do some arm exercises or something??!? lol! =D OXOX
