I find it difficult to understand why I do not loose weight!!! I do not eat sweats or chocolate & eat very good healthy food like salad, pasta & vegetarian foods. (all home made. Its so frustrating!!! And yes I like to drink.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
