I have had a lot of functions & I simply have not followed my diet as I intended. However it is very, very hot & havent eaten as much as I usually do. So I guess with some concerted effort I should do better. Meanwhile my husband is going to work in the UK & it means less time in the kitchen!!!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
