The weekend seemed to fly by, I want it back. Most of yesterday I spent replacing boards on my mom's deck that were warped or split, trying to get it done before a company comes out this week to power wash and seal it. That should have burned a few calories. But I also ate/drank some stuff over the weekend I shouldn't have so it all balances out, at this point I'm up a pound since Friday. Should be pretty much water weight. The 3 beers I drank while working on the deck didn't help and I think were probably in violation of the no sugar challenge. Oh well...it was hot and they hit the spot.

This is a busy week getting equipment set up and working in schools so I probably won't be on too much. Hope everyone has a good one.

Sounds like you did a great job considering all the hard work you did. You know yo9u can zap off 1 or 2 lbs with no worries anyway. Since this is a lifetime thing, we will all gain 1 or 2 lbs sometimes for different reasons. But the main thing, the thing that empowers us, is knowing that it's not the end of the world, it's really not even a big deal, as long as we recognize it for what it is, & work to correct it, then just move on.
