Just squeaked in under 230lbs, not a big drop but I haven't been in this weight range for at least 25 years. That feels pretty good. Happy Friday everyone!
229.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling. I only recently dropped below 280 and was ecstatic. Taking it 10 lbs at a time. Next stop below 270.

Thanks everyone. Hopefully this week I can drop more. Between vendor food samples at work, an Italian feast (and the leftovers), and my Mom treating me to a huge thick strip steak last night this week was a little iffy.
