I think I've been away from fatsecret for more than a year and in that time I've gained and lost the 5 or 6 kilos I'm constantly battling with.

I'm back here now so I can record my calorie intake and keep close tabs.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
