August 2nd. I have been following Atkins very close for about a month. I think I really lost 20 once I got serious, but it is hard to say. I have started swimming and just bought a bike on the first. This is long term but I wish I would drop a lot soon.
20 grams or less about 1250 calories two meals a day is typical
