[75 in 31 Challenge] - Great challenge! Kept me on task for the month. No excuses just get up/out and do it. Resulted in 82.06 miles in 31 days.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
