Last night I went to work out with the trainer and we did almost 200 reverse situps, meaning we worked the bottom of the stomach . Today I feel fat and bloated and tight . The trainer says to do some cardio today to stretch it all out, but I feel like i was hit by a truck so I dont knw if that will happen today.
