So I went to the doctor this morning ,and I am happy how it turned out :). The last time I saw her was July 3 , and according to her scale I was 267, today july 30, 27 days later I was 254 and when she measured my waist I was 4 inches smaller . We were both very happy with my results and she renewed my script for the phentermine . She also gave me meds to help me sleep cause thats been an issue. She said my blood pressure only went down a tad ,but it wasnt too bad . Im just excited about the whole thing. I know I have a long road ahead, i mean I started out may 24 needing to lose over a hundred pounds, but now 27 pounds later I am starting to feel more confident.

I am also taking the same meds. Not sure how much you are taking, but I take half about 6:30-7am and take the other half no later then noon so that it doesn't bother my sleep. I just started my diet journey on the 10th so I will not go back to the doctor for a while, but have already notices a difference. Keep it up.

Thank you , im on the 37.5mg once in the morning . I was having sleeping problems even before, so I dont think its the meds. They surely work though , i jst have to be stricter on my diet , my goal is no more than 1500 cals per day and I already goofed this week.
