when i go to the diets on here it has the old Atkins 2003 am on the new Atkins made easy do they have a group on here for the new Atkins because that is the one am doing does anybody no anything

i would love to me in a group that is doing the new Atkins made easy but i cant find one on here is there a group on here

Atkins has changed over the years, it changed the protein intake. Before it was eat until you are full, then in the next edition it changed to "watch your protein intake" then it changed again, to eat more fat, and less protein. Just watch your carb intake and everything else will fall into place. If you find you are hungry, you are not getting enough of the good fats, avocado, nuts, etc. Basically it is all in the CARBS. Keep them low and you will do fine.

Please note, the weight loss is going to slow down too. Atkins is a "fat loss diet" What you mostly lost is 3-4 pounds of water weight and 2-3 pounds of fat during the induction period. After induction start taking your measurements (really before you started this way of eating you should have taken your body measurements all over), but remember don't concentrate so much on the scale. Concentrate on how your clothes fit. Get your favorite pair of jeans and if they are a little small/snug now, put them on and check every week until you can see that you are losing "fat."
