Thanks. I started at the beginning of June and didn't know how to update my weight until today. I have truly been trying to live a new lifestyle. I can truly say that I have not eatten any fast food in almost 2 months. I was a person who ate off the dollar menu at Wendy's for lunch every work day. My cousin use to tease me and say that I need to own stock in the company. I have notice some really good changes in my body now that I don't eat the fast food anymore. I plan my meals everyday and ensure that I bring my lunch and snacks to work with me. It is a vital part of my success. I thank God for His grace through all of this! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Many blessings to you and much success!
