I try to log my food everything I eat every day, but it never fails I am laying in bed and food that I haven't logged pops in my head and then I try to remember the next day. Not too sure how successful I am about that.

On the exercise side I took a minute and 7 seconds off my run today, woo hoo!

Great job on your run! I began running recently (2 weeks ago). I've cut some time off my running time too. It's exciting to try to beat my last best time :)
