Super tired this morning! Our orchard is getting ripe so that means work outside of daily work. Don't get me wrong I love the fresh, organic fruit. However it doesn't care about your schedule or the heat.

Yesterday we took the kiddo's from work swimming, it was so hot I was in the pool. Since I was in the pool I thought I would do some exercise so I did jumping jacks, cross country ski movements, jogging, leg lifts and treaded water for a while. I can feel it today, YES!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 59.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's funny how easy the exercise in the pool seems, then you really feel it the next day! But it sure is nice to stay cool while you exercise. Enjoy the fruit, it must be so lovely.
