Beautiful weather here today...last night it got down to 52 degrees, great for sleeping, I stayed in bed hitting the snooze button as long as possible.

My wife has another visit to the physical therapist today, this time she'll be driving herself, it'll be her first trip out on her own since knee replacement. Shouldn't be an issue, her range of motion as of Monday was 120 degrees which the therapist said was fantastic at this point, many people end up where she's already at. Every nurse/therapist we've spoken with has great praise for Dr. Grandia who performed the surgery. It was a 6 month wait for surgery because the doctor is in such demand but looks like it was worth it.

Unofficial weight this morning, just a hair over 230lbs. I'm on target to break into the 220's by Friday weigh in as long as I'm a good boy. Got to stay away from the kitchen at work since I know they'll have leftovers from yesterday's Italian feast, plus they're cooking off test product from food vendors. So my very short term goal is to leave the 230's behind for good by Friday. That would be 45lbs down from my heaviest known weight.

Hoping everyone has a great day, make the best of what you've got.

So glad you're doing well, & that your wife is recovering so well & so quickly. Sending you heartfelt prayers & best wishes for her continued recovery & your ditching the 230's for good. Enjoy your lovely weather, & please send some cool temps our way here in OR ~ they're saying today's hi will be 99, but it's already 85, & they said it would be 98 yesterday & it got up to 104! We're still fighting a big fire about 5-7 miles from our house, so these temps really aren't good for putting it out, or for the poor firefighters battling the blaze. Good news is I'm feeling great after a 3 week bronchial infection, & plan to exercycle in just a bit. I'll try for 1/2 hour which I was doing, but don't know if I can make it that long with my weakness & this heat, so will "make the best with what I've got". Blessings to you & your Missus!
