After week one on my own diet 5 pounds down 34 to go. And the struggle goes on. I've tried so many things and have come to the conclusion that I can't follow one set pattern indefinitely. I like all of the plans I 'very tried but need variation occasionally. Extremes lead me to binge on what's considered to be forbidden foods. So now nothing will be forbidden. The purpose of my own diet is to change the good food bad food mentality.

Diet Calendar Entries for 28 July 2014:
