Despite the decadent indulgences of skirt steak and a few adult beverages over the weekend, I have observed zero change in weight, either up or down. I have also been pleasantly surprised that I can get by on sometimes as little as 1,500 calories a day (just over half of RDI).
My hope was to lose another five or so pounds by the end of the year - this is probably achievable if I can maintain a good diet. This oatmeal kick I've been on for a few weeks now is really helping.
