Another two weeks and no change in weight - still about 170. I'm starting to think that, assuming I don't eat a lot of crap every day, I'm not really going to deviate very significantly from this weight. Maybe this is my ideal weight.

I have pretty much plateaued, despite my best efforts to get under 170 - no such luck. I guess that dipping into the 160's is not God's plan for me just yet. That, or I should start worshipping a different god.

This is one lunch day I would not like to repeat any time soon.
The office people call out for pizza for everyone, then get a DQ cake. (Why did three people have to have their birthdays during the same week?) I feel like I might die, despite not even reaching half a day's caloric intake.
If I have anything else besides water and air this evening, I won't be able to have toothpaste.
