was away the whole weekend but I consider weight staying the same ok. i even managed to work out for 40min at the hotel which I have never done. i did some form of exercise 6 days last week. I haven't done that in a while so that is progress. I also packed my gym bag every day. the presence of it spurs me to go. so even tho no decrease on the scale, some progress has been made. i won't say that i am not discouraged but moving in some positive direction rather than doing nothing. i did succumb to a piece of cake this week, but it was the only sugary thing all week.
