Well here it is Sunday and so much for rest. Got up and went to do laundry, got home and finished cutting grass. Took the dogs for a ride so we could get water. Came back and used a pair of shears to cut the grass around my cantaloupes and zucchini. So I took out the garbage and now I feel tired. I have been tracking what I have eaten today so later I will enter that into the log. I am going to try and really get back on track and so far I have written down everything.

i bet you're tired! that sounds like a lot to me!! i think careful tracking is the start of it all. so you are doing great. i don't even write everything down. i go straight to me phone and enter it all in on the app. it's kind of fun. if i do it immediately, i don't forget anything. good luck!!
