Well here it is the middle of July and I still haven't gotten back into my grove. I am still going to Curve's and to see the nutritionist. I need to find my motivation on measuring what I eat and recording everything. I just feel frustrated.I hope everybody else is doing great.

Believe in yourself and take it day by day. If you cheat one meal make it a point to eat healthier next time I hope it'll get easier for you...

this is my 3rd attempt this year to get bck on track. ive lost 60lbs on atkins a few years ago and then had some issues with my back and got cocky and gained all of it back plus 10 more.. now im just trying to stay afloat and not reach 250lbs. Its hard bc no one in family is overwieght and they just dont understand why i dont want bread or rice... SO HANG IN THERE, . what helps me is to set reminders on my phone and calender , carry a spiral notebook you can right you food down in and then log it later. One person here would log the weeks worth on Sunday or something like that, Finds what works for you and always know you have this place for moral support and understanding !!

I feel that to measure your food is one thing that helps you to be accountable for your food journal. Also to journal & write down all feelings. You as you said still going to Curves and seeing your nutritionist and that is great. You can do it. God Bless!! :)
