I thought I was doing better with the foods I'm eating and I'm already up to 91.4 carbs and I haven't even had dinner yet...... I'm praying that God will help me to not get discouraged..... I don't feel good about myself today.

Hang in there Amy! Sometimes it can take a bit of trial and error to find the right balance of foods for your goal and your success. For me, I eat a lot of fruit (I see lots on your diet calendar too). It's a carb I definitely allow myself since I know there's good nutrition in much of it AND it keeps me away from other sweets that are much less nutritious. Something else that can be helpful for a lot of people is planning what you're going to eat beforehand. That way you can see the calorie and carb counts before you start your day and know where you might need to make some adjustments. Don't get discouraged... plans can just need a little tweaking.

Please don't get discouraged. If it's any consolation, you made me feel good about myself today-(by supporting my weigh-in)- even though I gained weight :(( Please hang in there and take it one day at a time- 3xmamma

Carbs can be pretty easy to get up there on. Don't feel bad about yourself over one day. It's exactly that. One day. It is not indicative of every day, but just that day. Think of it more like the weather, it can be unpredictable at times, but a rain shower does not always mean a flood.

hey when I first got into low carbing I was clueless of what to eat ,, go to youtub put low carb in search engine wowoow there will be soooooooo many recipes and Ideas to get ya going ,,, like I'm using low carb almond flour & high nutrition got rid of the white flour that had lots of carbs and no nutrition causing your apatite to decrease ,, casue food that produces sugar cause hunger more then normal be easy on yourself just keep trying and before ya know it ,,, ya will be getting it .. Love yourself into this journey no matter what <3 sweet dreams ya can do it <3
