weigh in the morning with light clothes.. have to stay on track... my husband lost 8 lbs already.. why do they loose so much faster... grrrr...
148.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 June 2014:
1226 kcal Fat: 71.53g | Prot: 88.28g | Carb: 60.39g.   Breakfast: Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Sugar in the Raw Stevia in the Raw, Coffee. Lunch: Jennie-O Jumbo Turkey Franks with Natural Smoke Flavoring, Boiled Egg, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Dinner: Sopraffina Mixed Green Salad with Dressing & Chicken. Snacks/Other: Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach (Container), Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry. more...

stinky men.....my hubby lost 18 lbs to my 8 when we dieted together last year...pooper...lol

Because they have a higher muscle to fat ratio. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, the more easily you lose and maintain your weight. Because we have the children, we have more fat on our bodies, lol! That's why exercise and building lean muscle is important for women, especially as we get older and we lose muscle each year after 30. A combo of cardio and strength training can really help. But it still sucks, lol!
