It's week 2!!!! Didn't get my workout in yesterday because I was feeling dizzy, so I took it as my rest day for the week. Still haven't been getting up early to do my workout before work, which I'm hopefully going to rectify tomorrow. Greg has even said that he wants to start getting up by 5:30. So we'll see.
I did the chest and back workout and the abs tonight. You record your reps and the weight you use and I was noticeably (sp?) stronger - seriously my reps and weight on the paper were more than last week, yay! My mom said she was proud of me and that that was great because she always does things and never sees a difference. I'm going down to Charleston for the day on Sunday (only day off) and I'm really hoping they can see the difference...even in 2 weeks. :) I have some more recent before pictures, but I may wait until the end of 2 weeks to take some more and post and see if there's any change. Only lost .4, but when I was on WW I would lose one week and then almost nothing the next and then lose again. I'm not discouraged because I can tell I'm getting better.
I'm also considering doing the P90X Doubles, which is the same workouts, except starting the 5th week you add their Cardio workout in 3 times a week. I don't have a problem doing the extra workout, I just am trying to look at how to fit it in to my schedule already. May have to wait.
