Wow. This same time last year I weighed 247. Later in July 2013 I was at 241. Today I'm 260 lbs. I'm speechless, lost, mad and discouraged. I have no one or nothing thing to blame but myself. I have not had any life changing events to impact such a drop off. I'm sick to my stomach right now. I have to come back from this. I just have to.
259.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
